Welcome to Datezy. By creating an account or using datezy.co.uk, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: harass, abuse or harm others; impersonate anyone; post illegal, hateful or explicit content; spam, scam or solicit money; use Datezy for commercial purposes; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you post. You grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.

4. Premium subscriptions

• Datezy is free to use. Premium is optional, at £5/week or £10/month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Statutory cancellation and refund rights under UK consumer law apply.

5. No guarantee

We help you meet people, but we can’t guarantee matches, results, or the conduct of any member. Always use your judgement — see our Safety tips.

6. Liability

Datezy is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interactions between members or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or pose a risk to others.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
